<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">MODO DE PREPARO:</span></p>
<p>Coloque a água numa tigela e leve ao congelador ou freezer por uns 25 minutos, ou até que se forme uma camada fina de gelo na superfície. Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria e deixe esfriar. Acrescente a baunilha e a casca de laranja. Reserve. Despeje a água parcialmente congelada (inclusive o gelo formado) numa vasilha grande e junte o leite em pó. Bata com a batedeira em alta velocidade, por uns 5 minutos, ou até que se formem picos firmes. Reserve. Bata as claras até que se formem picos moles. Acrescente o açúcar, 1 colher (sopa) de cada vez, batendo até que se formem picos firmes e brilhantes (não bata demais). Acrescente um pouco do suspiro ao chocolate derretido. Adicione o suspiro restante e misture cuidadosamente. Por fim, junte a mistura de leite em pó e misture cuidadosamente. Coloque numa tigela de vidro ou em taças com capacidade para 1/2 xícara (tigelinhas ou então xícaras de café). Leve à geladeira por algumas horas, até que fique firme. Se quiser, enfeite com 2 colheres (sopa) de chocolate granulado.</p>

<div style="text-align:justify;">Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e bata até que todas as folhinhas estejam trituradas. Transfira a mistura para uma tigela grande e adicione aos poucos a farinha peneirada até ficar homogêneo. Unte 2 fôrmas de bolo inglês e coloque a massa (não coloque tanta massa assim em cada fôrma, pois cresce muito). Deixe descansar até dobrar de volume (mais ou menos 30 minutinhos). Se quiser, pincele com gema de ovo. Asse em forno pré-aquecido por 40 minutos.</div>

<p>* 1 kg de carne bovina (preferência alcatra sem osso)<br />
* 1 kg de peito de galinha sem osso<br />
* 1/2 kg de lombo de porco<br />
* 1/2 kg de macarrão especial para yakissoba<br />
* 150 g de cenoura<br />
* 150 g de couve-flor<br />
* 150 g de brócolis<br />
* 3 pimentões médios verde, vermelho e amarelo<br />
* 100 g de broto de bambu<br />
* 3 folhas de repolho<br />
* 4 cebolas grandes<br />
* 4 dentes de alho<br />
* 50 g de salsão (opcional)<br />
* 1 maço de cheiro-verde<br />
* temperos (louro, pimenta do reino, ou a gosto)<br />
* 3 colheres de Maizena<br />
* shoyo<br />
* óleo de fritura<br />
* sal</p>
<p>MODO DE PREPARO:</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Corte a cenoura em rodelas de meio centímetro e pique em pedaços médios a couve-flor, o brócolis, o broto de bambu, os pimentões e o salsão. Corte duas cebolas em quatro pedaços cada e reserve os picados. Corte as carnes de vaca, frango e porco (bacon) em tirinhas e tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino. Pique as duas cebolas restantes e o alho, e depois refogue. Dourar as carnes picadas por cerca de cinco minutos. Depois, acrescente um litro de água fervente, meio copo de shoyo e os temperos, deixando cozinhar por cerca de meia hora ou até que as carnes estejam bem amolecidas e cozidas. Acrescente a Maizena previamente diluída, mexendo para não encaroçar. Adicione tempero e sal a gosto (cuidado, o shoyo já é salgado). Quando o caldo tiver uma consistência mais grossa, adicione os legumes de uma vez e deixe cozinhar por cerca de cinco minutos. Em separado, o macarrão (próprio para yakissoba) deverá ser cozido por cerca de oito minutos, escorrido e frito em óleo bem quente, deixando-o crocante. Adicione o macarrão à panela com a carne e os legumes, mexa, e quando ganhar consistência, já poderá ser servido.</p>
